Officers

Katy Dolan Baumer is Chamber Board President , has been a member for seven years, and has the design layout responsibilities for the Chamber newsletter. In addition to being owner of the desktop publishing service, Katy's All Types Services, she is very active in the community. Katy serves as an elected trustee for the Poplar Creek Library District, is an appointed commissioner of the Village  of Streamwood, holds the position of secretary for the Streamwood Lions Club, District 1-J Lioness Chairperson, and is State Lioness Co-Chairperson. In addition to her successful business, Katy learns more about her passion for cooking while working for Alpha Design of Elk Grove in commercial kitchen design. With a bachelor degree in Hotel Administration, Katy decided to go back to school for culinary management. Katy and her husband Mike, are over ten year residents of Streamwood.

.Sandy Stewart is the Chamber Board Vice President.
Sandy has been a Real Estate professional for Re/Max Suburban and a member of the Northwest Association of Realtors for over 20 years. She just received the prestigious Re/Max Platinum Award. Sandy is a graduate of the Real Estate Institute, an Accredited Buyer Broker and a Certified Residential Consultant. Sandy is the Chairperson of the Planning Commission for the Village of Streamwood, a member of the Community and Economic Commission and a member of the Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee. Sandy is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Streamwood and serves on the Marketing, Rules, Annual Dinner and Scholarship committees, as well as working with Summer Celebration. Sandy has two grown children and has been a very active resident of Streamwood for over 30 years, where she lives with her husband John.

Roxanne Ferrari is the Chamber Board Treasurer on the Board and the 2004 Businessperson of the year. She has been a member of the Chamber since 2001 and serves on the membership, fundraising, scholarship and golf outing committees. She is also a member of the Power Networking Group, Kiwanis and the Community Mentoring program at Streamwood High School. She runs her own business, RF Healthy Solutions, which provides people with products to improve the quality of the air in their homes and offices and the water that they drink. Prior to that she spent 23 years in the accounting field working for various manufacturing companies. Roxanne grew up in the city of Chicago and has been a resident of Streamwood for approximately seven years with her daughter Lyndsay, a sophomore at Streamwood High School.

Ed Zimel is the Chamber Director on the Board
As a business owner since 2000 as well as a Chamber member since 2000, Ed Zimel, Jr. of Neighborhood Consultants, Inc. located in Hanover Park, has extensive experience in business and management. He is involved in the Chamber's Power Networking Group and is currently the Chairperson for the Membership Committee. With over 18 years serving the public in different areas with compassion for all, he feels it is his duty to help structure and strengthen the Chamber for now and the future. He also feels it is important to be visible in the community and be available to hear what people want in change or refocus.  

John Devereux is the Chamber Director and President of Norwestern Lighting and Supply, Ltd
  

Gary Noel is the Chamber Director and owner of Noel, Thomas and Edwards, located in Streamwood , and has been a Chamber member since 1999. Gary is past President of the Power Networking Group and co-founder and former Chairman of the Parent Council at Glenbrook Elementary School . He retired from Military Reserves after 28 years service. He also is a former soccer coach and former Cub master of Cub Scout Pack 15 & 16. Gary 's record of volunteering in the community would be a welcome addition to the Board of Directors.
